Return and Exchange Policy
We strive to make sure every order meets the highest standards of quality. If you feel we have not lived up to those standards, we will make it right.
If an item arrives defective or damaged we will replace the item at no cost to you or refund your order in full. For any replacement orders, we will pay both the return shipping for the defective item and the shipping for the replacement item. We will ship the replacement item as soon as tracking (via USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) shows that the defective item has been shipped from your address.
If you would like to exchange for a different size or color, we will gladly accommodate your exchange. We will pay for both the return shipping and the shipping for the replacement item. Your replacement item will ship once the original purchase has been returned to our shipping center and has been verified to be in good condition (we expect that you will have tried it on, but we cannot accept exchanges of items that are dirty, have been washed, or have been damaged).
Returns for any other reason will be accepted so long as the item is returned in good condition. In these cases, we will refund the purchase price of the item minus the cost of return shipping.

Be sure to include your order number, which items your would like to return, the reason for the return, and whether or not you would like an exchange or a refund. All requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be received within 30 days from the date the order is placed.
